Shipping
Every Veluxie order begins its journey in careful hands. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you may follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Processing Time: Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your region. Please allow up to 14 days total for delivery depending on location. Express options may be available at checkout.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. You may also view updates through your Veluxie account.
Because we entrust fulfillment to a third-party partner, the outer vessel may sometimes bear the marks of its journey. We ask for your grace in overlooking small imperfections so we may use less packaging — together, we honor both your beauty and the health of our planet. In extreme cases, where the packaging is terrible or the integrity of your products is affected, we will make it right.
To resolve this quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of each damaged item and packaging
• Total count of products needing replacement
We will investigate and process replacements within 72 hours (courier investigations may take longer). Since packaging defects fall under our non-conformity terms, replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
We are committed to ensuring our packaging reflects the same excellence as our formulations, and we thank you deeply for caring alongside us.
All of our products are carefully wrapped in recyclable, eco-friendly packaging — because luxury should never come at the expense of the earth.
Returns
Our wish is for each routine to feel like it was written for you. But should you feel otherwise, we gladly accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Products must remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Please note: For reasons of product safety and integrity, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
